Ingredients: Milk Solids (EU source), Vegetable Fat, Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Sugar,Pistachio, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500), Cardamom, Saffron.
Easy steps for making Rasmalai:
1 litre Milk
4-5 tsp Cooking Oil
½ - 1 cup Sugar
1 Pack Laziza Rasmalai Mix
• First beat the egg well
• Add ½ - 1 cup of sugar and 2-cups water to the milk and bring to the boil.
• Mix 4-5 teaspoons of cooking oil to the contents of Laziza Rasmalai and mix thoroughly. Add ¾ of beaten egg and knead well with the help of a spoon until the dough is soft and smooth.
• Make 15-18 small oval or round shape balls. Put the oval shaped balls into the boiling milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Dip and rotate the balls all the time, using a spoon, until the balls are 3-4 times larger than the original size.
• Refrigerate before enjoying Rasmalai
