Make 8 Dosais of approx. 35g each in 3 Easy Steps:
• Mix the contents of this (200g) pack with 340 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5-10 mins.
• Lightly grease a flat non-stick tava or griddle and heat on a medium flame. Lightly dab tava with a damp cloth for surface cooling. Pour 75 ml batter in centre of the tava. Spread quickly outward circular motion to form a thin pancake about 8 inches in diameter.
• Dot the edges of the pancake with a little oil and fry till golden brown. Fold and remove from heat using a spatula. Repeat from step 2 for next Dosai. Serve hot with Gits Instant Sambar or coconut chutney.
